Abstract: We use a variational perturbative method for the calculation of the energy levels of impurity magnetopolarons in parabolic quantum wires. The method is reasonable for all electron-phonon coupling α all Rydberg constant R, all parabolic frequency ω and all cyclotron frequency ωc.. The ground state and first excited state energies are computed by the method and their dependence on α, R, ω and ωc is discussed.
