Abstract: Herein, Al2O3/ZrO2/SiO2 system was treated by Nd:YAG laser via selective laser sintering process in the low power. By using scanning electron microscope and microhardness meter, surface morphology, fracture morphology, surface phase and surface mircohardness laser sintered before and after adding zriconia were analyzed respectively. The results indicate that some zirconium dioxide tetragonal phases transform to monoclinic phases which improve sintering sample fracture toughness in extent and increase parts whole life and reliability.
