Abstract: ELECTRO-ENHANCED MICRO EXTRACTIONS ARE SAMPLE PREPARATION TECHNIQUES WHICH ARE BASED ON THE USE OF AN ELECTRICAL POTENTIAL APPLIED DURING THE EXTRACTION PROCESS TO ENHANCE ITS EXTRACTION EFFICIENCY. THE DRIVING FORCE AFFECTED BY ELECTRICAL POTENTIAL FOR ANALYTES EXTRACTION IN DIFFERENT SAMPLE MATRIXES WAS DEMONSTRATED TO BE THE KEY PERFORMANCE FACTOR IN EXTRACTION EFFICIENCIES. THIS WORK DESCRIBES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIFFERENT NOVEL APPROACHES TO ELECTRO-ENHANCED TECHNIQUES FOR ANALYSES OF FOOD, DRUG ABUSE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS. THE EXTRACTIONS WERE FAST AND GAVE EXCELLENT SAMPLE CLEAN-UP EVEN FROM COMPLICATED MATRICES. EACH TECHNIQUE WAS OPTIMIZED VIA THE VARIOUS PARAMETERS SUCH AS ORGANIC SOLVENT FOR SLM, INFLUENCE OF PH IN THE DONOR AND ACCEPTOR SOLUTIONS, THE DURATION OF EXTRACTION TIME, THE ADJUSTMENT OF FLOW RATE AND THE APPLICATION OF VOLTAGE INTENSITY. EVENTUALLY, THE DEVELOPED TECHNIQUES WERE COMPARED WITH CONVENTIONAL TECHNIQUES WITHOUT APPLICATION OF AN ELECTRICAL POT
