Abstract: A HEALTH ANALYTICS PROCESS MODEL WILL PAVE THE WAY TO CARRYOUT HEALTHCARE PROJECTS IN A MANAGEABLE AND A REPEATABLE MANNER WITHOUT RELYING ON INDIVIDUAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF ANALYSTS. THIS THESIS PROPOSES A UNIFIED PROCESS MODEL FOR HEALTH ANALYTICS AND EVALUATES HOW SUPPORTING DIMENSIONS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT AFFECT THE PROJECT PERFORMANCE BASED ON THE STAKEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS. FURTHERMORE, A VISUAL DOCUMENTATION APPROACH TOO IS PROPOSED FOR KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT. THE STUDY WAS CARRIED OUT USING DESIGN SCIENCE RESEARCH APPROACH AND THE NECESSARY THEORETICAL SUPPORT FOR METHOD CONSTRUCTION AND THE EVALUATION WAS DERIVED FROM THEORY OF DIFFUSION OF INNOVATION, TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL, AGILE CONCEPTS, ORGANISATIONAL KNOWLEDGE FRAMEWORKS, AND MEDIA SYNCHRONICITY.
