Abstract: We formulate and explore a variety of topologically twisted supersymmetric gauge theories. We find that these theories result in a wide range of intriguing applications in both mathematics and physics. By studying these theories, we construct new topological invariants of 3-manifolds, obtain quantum integrable systems, and gain a deeper understanding of the 3d/3d correspondence.
